We build the financial reporting we wished we'd had
Quickbidata was born inside a finance department. We aren't a software company that decided to enter finance — we're finance leaders who, after years working with data, reporting and manual processes, decided to build the tool we always needed.
Our story
From a recurring problem to a platform
For years we worked in Management, Controlling and financial consulting roles at mid-sized and large companies. The sector and the ERP changed, but the problem repeated with unnerving precision: the data was there, but reporting was fragile, manual and dependent on a handful of people.
Every close was a sprint of Excels, copies, hand-applied adjustments and late-night messages to reconcile versions. Management did receive reliable numbers, yes — but at the cost of time and resources.
Quickbidata is the answer to that. A layer that connects to the ERP, standardises the financial model and delivers reliable, traceable, up-to-date reporting, so the leadership team can recover its strategic role.

2020
The origin
After years working as CFOs and Controllers in companies with different ERPs, we see the same pattern: plenty of data, fragile reporting.
2021
First pilots
The first standardised financial model is born and we deploy it with the first customers who back the idea.
2023
Product consolidated
Quickbidata moves from model to SaaS platform, with connectors to the main ERPs and modules for P&L, cash flow, treasury and consolidation.
2026
Today
Dozens of companies across sectors use Quickbidata as their single financial reporting layer, and the team keeps growing in product and data.
